The new portal allows patients to view multiple assessments and track their progress in one consolidated location. This capability is especially beneficial for healthcare initiatives focused on follow-up checks and goal setting, empowering both patients and healthcare providers to achieve better outcomes.

Streamlining Access Without Compromising Security
Navigating through the My Well Record® Portal is designed to be as equally straightforward to use as our Interactive Consultations (IC) module. In IC, assessors can complete assessments, verify information and send data securely to patients intuitively, with just a few clicks. Now with the My Well Record® Portal it is just as easy for patients to access their data.
Security is a top priority in all Health Diagnostics products. The My Well Record® Portal incorporates robust security measures, including two-factor authentication (2FA) to ensure every access attempt is verified. Unlike some traditional authentication methods, our approach addresses common challenges in secure data transmission.
Our two-factor authentication has also been designed for patient convenience. After assessors confirm contact details using the Interactive Consultations module, patients receive a unique hyperlink and a one-time code (OTC) via email or text to access their reports securely. For future access, patients can reuse the link and receive a new OTC instantly, ensuring data security and accuracy while maintaining a smooth user experience.
